[Bell Historians] Auckland

Currently we don't include entries where bells have been ordered and
delivered before the tower has been ready to receive them. If however the
bells were installed as a chime at Inverary before being converted to a ring
then we could look in more detail to see if it should be included.

Alan Glover's/Mike Chester's information about Auckland has resulted in the
"Chimes to Rings" spreadsheet being updated to include the transfer of a
chime of bells from Holy Trinity Cathedral, Auckland and conversion to a
ring at St Matthew, Auckland.

The spreadsheet is available on:

Is Inverary in a list? They languished as a chime for several years while
the tower was completed.
