If you go to

and ensure that you are on photo 1 of the slideshow at the top of the page, it actually looks as if there are 13 bells. Four on each of the bottom three levels and a swinging bell at the top.
I cannot find a clear enough photo to be 100% sure

The photo on Streetview seems to show 12 bells, the largest (at the top) hung with a wheel and possibly electric swinging, the others hung dead, the clappers pulled to one side. No ropes visible - ?electric chiming.
