I am sure that these lubricators cannot be uncommon but this is the first time I have seen a pair used to lubricate the bearings on the bell at St Nicholas Church, Nichol Forest (the most northerly parish church in England). It has been cleaned up. The bell is by an unknown founder, 19 inches in diameter.
