[Bell Historians] Fw: Identifying Bell

An inquiry about the possible origin of a 16" bronze bell said that it was supposedly cast in London in 1782.  There are no markings on the bell itself, but there is some lettering on the yoke (which might not be contemporaneous with the bell).  Three photos are attached, and speak for themselves in terms of further description.

Would anyone care to speculate on the validity of that claim, to suggest a possible maker, or to provide other comments?
