[Bell Historians] Canewdon history

I am hoping that this email reaches Brian Meldon of Canewdon?

I have seen an article in “the Broomstick” of 2019 about Lambourne Hall, for which you are credited.

The article says that Thomasine Barrington (died 1498) was the great granddaughter of William Totham. I was wondering what the source for this is. I have seen that her grandfather  was called William Totham, and this would appear to add another generation to the rather elusive Totham family.

Any information you may be able to offer would be much appreciated - but quite understand if can’t recall any of this detail!
