[Bell Historians] G&J mobile carillon?

Gillett & Johnston were reported to have made a lightweight mobile carillon as a demonstrator.  It seems to have been in existence for only a short time before its bells were sold off.  It his been mentioned in Mike Chester's spreadsheet for many years, but I have been unable to find any other documentation for it.
Can anyone provide further information about that instrument?
