[Bell Historians] Help needed

Hi Chris (and everyone),
I'm not on this list, but Laura Dickerson forwarded me the email.
At a quick glance, the initial section (f. 16v, lines 1-13) touches on some
sort of controversy regarding the ringing of bells in Bath.
*Most *of the rest of the text is a (possibly slightly abridged) copy of
Chapter 4 of William Durand's Rationale Divinorum Officiorum (c. 1280). A
translation of this can be found at:

I *could* do a more complete transcription and translation, if noone else
