The second volume has been out of print for years and is very hard to 
find.  Maybe someone here will have a copy they're willing to sell, but 
I'm afraid I don't.

The only copy I can find currently is the set of three being sold on 
eBay.  The sale price of $40 is extremely good value, given the scarcity 
of the second volume, but they want the same again in postage which 
seems a bit excessive.
