Curiously I realise I have two copies of Vol 1 but none of Vol 3. My copy of Vol 2 is staying safe given this news!

At the recent Ringing Road Show I picked up two volumes of the CCCBR publication "Change Ringing,T he History of an English Art". I have Vols 1 & 3 and expected to find vol. 2 online somewhere. Unfortunately I am unable to find it even as a digital copy. Can anyone help please?
