That limitation makes no sense to me, because read-only access to a Webpage does not involve any action that could be impacted by the GDPR.
For those who can't read the article, it involves the history of a Taylor-made church bell in Kelowna, BC. After long periods of silence due to a series of peculiar circumstances, it is about to be put on display where it can be heard again. Copyright issues prevent me from sharing the photo of it.
