[Bell Historians] bells and Belfries of Buckinghamsire

Little bit of a silly question but would anyone know where I can find a copy of bells and bellfries of Buckinghamshire?, There where clearly at one time available on the waterstones website but now the only page relating to them says that Part 1 is now "unavailable" which is most unhelpful.
