[Bell Historians] Eye town hall bell

Would appreciate the group's thoughts on this bell, photos attached,
currently used as the clock bell at Eye Town Hall, Suffolk.
Accessible for the first time in a recent times with work being done to the
town hall.
Reputed to be the former sanctus bell from the parish church.
It is blank, but given the profile, canons etc is a of a considerable age.
Not on the NBR lists.
