[Bell Historians] Previous bells at St Wendreda, March

Does anyone know anything about the bells at St Wendreda, March before
Osborne cast the current ring of six in 1802? It seems to have been a
reasonably prosperous town by the seventeenth century, and the current
tower is believed to be medieval (or so Historic England's listing
says), so it would seem likely it had an earlier ring of bells – even
though it wasn't a parish church. But I can't find anything in Raven,
Blomefield or the VCH, nor in Historic England's listing entry, nor in
the Church Heritage Register. The notice in the 'Cambridge Chronicle
and Journal' for the opening of the new six on 29 March 1803 says
nothing about what, if anything, it replaced.
