[Bell Historians] Grantham peal

I have the page in front of me. It is a list with details of the peal boards then in Grantham belfry, including this one.
It is in the bottom right corner of page 39 of the pdf that Oliver links to

Can someone help with this reference please? The attached peal board gives a peal of Grandsire Triples on Feb 4th 1861. Felstead reference is CB v.427 which the abbreviations says is Church Bells. But according to the online resources on the CC website, Church bells wasn't published in 1861, and the volume numbers don't go as high as 427. So where is this reference?
