Dear All

 

The Christmas Lunch this year is planned for Sunday 9th December.  We will
again be going to the White Hart at Fulbourn and this year’s menu is below.
Two courses cost £22.00 with three at £26.00.

Please could you let me know by next Friday 2nd November if you are coming
so that I can make the booking with the White Hart.  I will need your menu
choices and payment by the middle of November at the latest.

Christmas Menu 2018

 

Starters

 

Honey Roasted Parsnip Soup – Served with warm baguette and butter

Pulled Pork and Pancake – Served with salad garnish and French dressing

Smoked Mackerel Paté – Served with baby leaf salad and lemon mayo dip

Peppered Mushrooms and Dolcelatte Cheese – Served on a toasted ciabatta

 

 

Mains

 

Roast Norfolk Turkey – Bacon wrapped chipolata, chestnut stuffing, roast
potatoes, brussels sprouts, honey roast parsnips and carrots

Sea-bass fillet – Sea-bass fillet on a bed of crushed new potatoes served
with seasonal vegetables, white wine and lemon dill sauce

Slow Cooked Pork Belly – Served with sweet potato mash, aspalls cider jus
and green beans

Italian Leek and Butterbean Casserole – Served with basmati rice, crème
fraiche and naan bread

 

 

Desserts

 

Christmas Pudding – Served with brandy sauce

Winter Berry Crème Brulee

Chocolate Profiteroles

Baileys Cheesecake

 

 

Accompanied by Coffee/Tea and Mince Pies
