[Cherry-hinton-ringers] Cherry Hinton Bellringers AGM 15th January 2019

 Dear All,

The next annual general meeting of the Cherry Hinton Bellringers will be held at 20:30 on Tuesday 15th January 2019.
We will have a shorter practice that week so we are able to start the meeting promptly.

Please find attached the agenda for the meeting, the minutes of the 2018 AGM and the draft accounts for 2018 (some information required to complete these is not yet available). 

Printed copies of the agenda and 2018 accounts will also be available at the meeting.
