[Cherry-hinton-ringers] Christmas Lunch 2021

Dear All

 

Now that ringing in the tower has started again, we are planning on holding
the Cherry Hinton Christmas lunch at the White Hart in Fulbourn on Sunday
28th November at 1.00 pm.  The menu is as follows:

 

Starters

 

Honey Roasted Parsnip Soup served with Warm Ciabatta

Brussels Pate served with wholemeal toast and butter

Smoked Salmon with horseradish crème fraiche, capers served on a mixed salad

Fried Halloumi served with a mixed baby leaf salad and green pesto

 

Main Course

 

Roast Norfolk Turkey with pigs in blankets, chestnut stuffing, roast
potatoes, Brussel sprouts, honey roast parsnips and carrots

Baked Cod Fillets with rosemary cherry tomatoes, lemon slices and olive oil
potato croquettes

Pork Tenderloin Medallions in red wine jus, parsnip and cauliflower mash,
seasonal vegetables

Beetroot, Chestnut and Cherry Tomato Tagliatelle topped with rocket and
parmesan

 

Dessert

 

Christmas Pudding with brandy sauce

Vanilla Crème Brûlée

Chocolate Profiteroles

Italian Amaretti Cheesecake

 

Coffee and tea with mince pies

 

The cost for 2 courses is £23.00

                      3 courses is £26.00

 

Please let me know whether you would like to come along to the lunch and
what you would like to eat by 23rd October as I shall have to let the
restaurant know the numbers and menus by the 1st week in November.
