Hi All

Thanks for all the offers of help and food provision for Cherry Hinton hosting the District AGM on Saturday 13 January.

The church centre has been booked all afternoon - there will be ringing at Fulbourn between 3pm - 4pm and then ringing at C Hinton 4pm to 5pm, followed by tea and meeting.

We agreed that we'd provide paper plates to cut down on the washing up at the end. Expect to be catering for between 40 - 50 people.

I've created a document for people to start to fill on what they would like to bring - if I've missed anything do add it or do say.

Please let me know what you'd like to bring by Monday 18 December - then we have a few weeks to make final arrangements & fill any gaps.

Hi All

A date for your 2024 calendars - Cherry Hinton will be hosting the District AGM late afternoon on Saturday 13 January.

We will need to provide a tea for all those attending (probably around 50 people) between 5pm and 6pm.

The church centre has been booked all afternoon - there will be ringing at Fulbourn between 3pm - 4pm and then ringing a C Hinton 4pm to 5pm, followed by tea and meeting.

I'm offering to coordinate the food contributions - we are looking at plates of sandwiches, snacks (crisps, sausage rolls) and a selection of cakes. As well as tea, coffee, cold drinks etc.

I'll be in touch in November to start to collate a list of contributions - please have a think about what you could offer to bring to help with this and offers gratefully received of help to set up and help in kitchen.

Before then the District supper will be taking place on Saturday 11 November at Whittlesford Memorial Hall - I've just signed up to go along this year - do feel free to join me - information and booking as below:
