[Cherry-hinton-ringers] Changes to ropes at Cherry Hinton

Evening all,

Just a quick note to mention that there is a new rope on the 2, and the rope on the 3 has been raised slightly (approximately a hand's width).

Many thanks to Robert and Jo for their help with these changes today!
