I normally don't bother with 1234/4321 in my LB counts. It's not that I
don't care - it's just that I can't be arsed to add them in to the method
definitions...

Actually, I'm not sure they are of such great interest. In treble-dominated
methods, especially nice coursing ones, get into the right coursing order
and 2345s and 3456s are generated regularly lead after lead. 1234s are
mostly one-offs, so not generally worth optimising for. Bit like incidental
56 rollups only not as dramatic.
