[r-t] Exceptions to the Extension Rules

I will have to go for the easy ones:

Group 1. Valid extensions with different names
Plain Bob Minimus - Grandsire Doubles (and so on for higher stages)


  Group 2. Invalid extensions with the same name
Plain Bob Minimus - Plain Bob Doubles
(also Grandsire Doubles - Grandsire Minor I think)
