It's easy to get a B-block containing all the rows with a particular 
pair behind:

34.12.34-34.12.34.14-34-12-34-14-12-34-12-14.34.12.34-34.12.34.14-12-34-1
2-14-34-12-34-14

Now we need 15 of these, so join with q-sets of omits (16 for 14).
