[r-t] Obscure methods

This isn't exactly theory, but I suspect this list contains folks that 
know the answers to these two, related questions without any trolling 
through method collections:

- What methods (it seems unlikely there are many of them, if any) have 
been rung and named that have three or more "principal hunt bells" 
(using the language of CCCBR Decisions (E)C.)?

- What methods (if any) have been rung and named that have two 
"principal hunt bells" where those principal hunts are doing anything 
other than plain hunting?
