I see this has come up in the E-Lists, but really we've had no discussion on
it here have we. Come on everyone, are you dead?

I hope Ander has taken JEC's comments as his remit to begin work. But as
John says, we need somewhere for the results to be put, and we need to be
able to give access to the rest of us for edit and update. The answer's
surely a Wiki isn't it?

John - do or could our hosters provide wiki software alongside the mailing
list system? If not, could we sensibly run a wiki somewhere else?
