The footnote to Clarrie's peal in the Eisteddfod is one of those which can
be read two ways.

Either the peal was known to be false beforehand or was found to be false
after it was rung.

I do hope the first was mentioned, as it was found to be false in 1952.

In 1993, an arrangement was published by AJ Ellis, which had an awful lot of
singles. A few years ago, I looked at his work and decided it would be
possible to reduce the number of singles and obtained an arrangement, but
did not publish it.
