I'm sure someone can produce something more original, but
here's a start.

The calling positions mean as follows:

  I = 1/2 and 1 (tenor becomes 2nds place bell at lead end)
  F = 2 1/2 and 3 (tenor becomes 4ths place bell at lead end)
  H = 6 1/2 and 7 (tenor becomes 8ths place bell at lead end)
