Interesting - I found these three methods in another batch from those heady
method-making days at the end of the 20th Century:

Allnighter Surprise Max

Allnighter Delight Max

Can anyone work out what the buggery I was trying to achieve here? If I
remember aright, the TB version was the most successful - why?
