[r-t] Strathclyde Surprise Sixteen - not?

The peal of Spliced Sixteen on 5 June
(http://www.campanophile.co.uk/show.html?Code=28133) names Strathclyde S
Sixteen. Shouldn't this be named Glasgow S Sixteen, since it is (under the
current decisions) a valid extension of Glasgow S Major which was rung and
named before Strathclyde S Maximus? (cf Kegworth S Royal & Leatherhead S
Maximus).

 

Where are the MC police when you need them?
