Another way to check for duplicated rows is to insert
the following visual basic routine into your Excel
spreadsheet, see link:-

The last line needs to be changed to "End Sub" by the
way.

If you're not sure how to install it in your
spreadsheet, the Excel Help option should tell you all
you need to know but send me an e-mail if you can't
get it to work.
