[r-t] Backwards methods

As I understand the CC Decisions, particularly (E)A.1.(b), ringing a
method "backwards," that is exchanging handstrokes and backstrokes,
doesn't change the method. In particular, backwards hunting (that is,
at even stages, the cross happens between handstroke and backstroke,
and the 1N between back and hand) with bobs would still be called
Original.

Is my understanding of this correct?
