Similarly to Richard, in a first attempt I've opted to remove the 56s
from the Bristol.  However, I don't really see the point in trying to
get all the 56s with the few courses of Stedman available, other than it
being an intellectual challenge.  Thus the Stedman is a little more
ambitious than the basic s7.18 specification, though it's hardly tricky
for anyone proposing to call this sort of thing anyway...  It includes
little-bell music at the back (6543s and 3456s) and more off the front
round the course-ends, plus the near-misses on the front 6 (obviously
the 45 comes in the Bristol).
