I think it's a round loopy thing, with pearls on. However, rather than
picturing Ms Johansson we must imagine the pearls as numbers representing a
call type. Then the necklace becomes a representation of a roundblock
composition.

Still not entirely sure about this. It's the first bit of a necklace, I
guess. Or it's a sequence of calls which might be the first bit of a 
necklace, but also might not.
