I really must dig out Peter Scott's notes from the 70's - I'm not sure
he's subscribed to the list. He had a similar principle of magic
blocks for the 250m peal of doubles in 1973.

>From memory most of his blocks of 240 (which included now "banned"
frontworks) consisted of
12 frontworks (arranged in 2 groups of 6) and
2 paired backworks

1st 60: backwork 1, frontworks 1-6
2nd 60: backwork 1, frontworks 7-12
3rd 60: backwork 2, frontwork 7-12
4th 60: backwork 2, frontwork 1-6.

making 24 methods in a 240.
