Err, possibly... there are it has to be admitted one or two technical 
problems to resolve before my thought experiment could be put into 
practice... Perhaps the old fall-back "this page intentionally left blank" 
could be employed??

The number of pages would be very very high indeed. It might make more sense 
to organise the website into a few trillion "chapters", each of which 
contains some billions of pages. You could arrange it so there would be 
fewer blank chapters and blank pages then.
