Is there any official standpoint on what mega tittums is?

However there are two ways of achieving this using Royal for example, the coursing order 234567890 or 987654320.
The first I believe is the standard way of achieving this, the second has the benefit of not annoying those who don't like backstroke 09's.

Is one mega tittums and the other something else, or are they both mega tittums?
