[r-t] Compositions

In recent times I've called various compositions by others which I changed slightly to improve (my opinion!) or to obtain a better spread of the music (and I don't mean just starting in a different place as in Johnson's variation).  Whenever I have done so I have published as comp A N Other (arr AMB).  Am I right to do so?
