This does indeed seem to be a rather nice and musical "method" (readers
other than the methods committee can ignore the inverted commas here).
I'm a bit disappointed to see that the recommended touch is 3 homes,
however. It seems to me that the 2nd and 3rd courses will lack much of
the music of the plain course. There should be plenty of better simple
short touches available...
