As Ander requested, here's a nicer example with the two sets of bells 
using different pivot types. Treble and 6 pivot around a row, and hence 
both act as hunt bells, whilst 2-5 more conventionally pivot around a 
change, becoming working bells to a 4-lead course. In contradiction to 
my earlier email, I found this easier to do on fewer bells, not more.
