You make a fair point Mark; as I said I found the 6781's surprisingly nice.
One thing is for sure though 8123's sound much better when the 4 bells in question are Taylors 1920 as opposed to Llewellins & James 1914 followed by three Thomas I Bilbie 1739! :-)

Ander I think there are 18 leads without any internal 4-bell runs, none of them consecutive and at most 3 per part.
