I would suggest that Ketteringham is replaced by Lopham, Hanley, Marham or 
A.C.S (and the lead heads adjusted accordingly) to maintain the uniqueness 
of each lead otherwise that lead (of Ketteringham) could be considered to be 
a bobbed lead of Rainworth. Truth shouldn't be affected either way however.

Paul has said that there are many possible arrangements in this plan. It can 
be rung as given, or each 6 lead block can be rung as a 720 - or 
combinations in between. Similarly, methods could be exchanged between 
groups.
