[r-t] Spliced Royal

This won't have been the composition you have seen but I came up with a
couple of composition's for a commission. In the end neither were rung but
I'm perfectly happy for them to be in the public domain.
The first contains the 4 London Royal's, the seconds the 4 London Royal's +
Triton D (attached and copied below).
