In my email yesterday the notation mapping became misaligned (a strange copy-and-paste error from Terry's original message).  The mapping should be:

0 -> 14
1 -> 16
2 -> 18
3 -> 36
4 -> 38
5 -> 58
6 -> 30
7 -> 50
8 -> 70
9 -> X
