[r-t] A new Spliced Surprise Major canon

Various upgrades to the nuts and bolts of my stochastic suite have 
enabled me, with careful choice of method, to extend my series up to 
10-spliced. The new methods are Adelaide, Yorkshire, Glasgow and Venusium.
