There's no way to tell, is there, since it officially doesn't exist?
Though one presumes it is rarely rung. Likely it might be rung a
little bit more often if folks felt they were "allowed" to do so (yes,
I know, there's nothing explicitly stopping anyone today, but I think
there "being no such thing as New Grandsire" might serve as a
disincentive).
