Indeed, at least for several years, the Decisions have allowed calls
to appear anywhere in a lead of a method; in fact, they may completely
replace the
whole lead, I believe. It is only these new fangled non-method things
that are requred to have calls restricted to length 1, and appearing
only at the lead end (or whatever it is -- I think non-method blocks
officially don't have leads).
