[r-t] Date touches of 1914, 1915, 1916, 1917 and 1918 changes

May I remind everyone that ringing date touches to commemorate the First
World War, in my QP record keeping, does not constitute a quarter. In no
way do I wish to belittle the attempts, They will still be recorded, but as
a 'long length'.
