I actually can't find a record of a peal, but there are certainly records of several 720's of it between 1900 and 1904. A google search for "Darling Point Doubles" (with the quotes) turns up some old newspaper articles. Place notation doesn't seem to be included so I can't definitely say anything about what current or prospective rules might say of it.
