I plugged this into Elf to see what it came up with. W is Cornwall and
E is Lessness.

- Nottingham 8 plus Belfast (F):

2016 9-spliced, gen. Elf (No. 1)
 2345678
 4263857 B
 6482735 F
 7864523 L-
 6758342 E
 8472635 C
 3526478 O
 4235867 W-
 2546378 G
 5678234 S-

- Nottingham 8 plus Dereham:

2016 9-spliced, gen. Elf (No. 4)
 2345678
 4263857 B
 6482735 L
 7864523 E-
 4283756 S
 7842635 W-
 8273456 G
 3526847 C
 4768523 O
 7823456 D-

- Nottingham 8 plus Deva:

2016 9-spliced, gen. Elf
 2345678
 4263857 B
 6482735 L
 7864523 E-
 2345867 D
 5637284 S
 7842635 O-
 8273456 G
 4768523 W
 7823456 C-

Elf seemed to want to start every composition with a lead of
Cambridge, until I moved Bristol to the top of the methods list. Is it
supposed to do that?
