[r-t] Audit of spliced treble dodging minor

I’ve added a few new extents to my site which use method changes at the half-lead to allow 36 Surprise methods in 7 extents, and all 41 in 9 extents.  Extents 9a, 9b and 10 have only recently been devised but are adapted from techniques I’ve previously used in 1440s.
