I assume this is a comment on (G)B.6? The short answer is that none of
them is a method, so the question doesn't apply. Ignoring this, and
without looking in more detail I suspect that the answer is none under the
current Decision (a combination of B.6 and C.1(d)) and all under my
proposal.
